Thats not how it works. This game will require higher FW than 7.02. So its not playable on JB PS4 yet. You either play it on PC cracked or use a hacked Switch for the English version.

Dear Admin, in the event that Persona 5 Strikers has already been released to PC and Switch, can it be modified as in the case of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot?
I know I haven’t come out yet but do you think the same thing will happen? because when the game comes out on PS4 it will be for 8.03 onwards and the exploit currently reaches 7.55
8.03 needs to be hacked in order to dump the game. So no its not possible.

The firmware requirements will be too high to play on a cfw PS4 8.03 we don’t have an exploit that high so you won’t be able to play it.

Sadly translation is needed especially for the story since it still retains the elements of Persona 5 in this game. Will just have to wait for English dump on the Switch version since the ps4 will require a higher FW than 7.02 to play it.
